Refund Policy

(1) The customer can ask for a refund if the product(s) is (are) not as advertised, or the products are damaged or missing. Or you could choose to have a resend. If you ask for a replacement, we will be reshipping the item and without charging you the shipping fee.

(2) We won't do the refund if the products have been used over 30 DAYS warranty or used improperly or customers not checking the product descriptions carefully.

(3) If the products are used improperly or the customers don't like it, the customers need to pay the shipping fee on their own if they want a refund.

(4) You have 30 DAYS to contact us and 30 DAYS to return it from the date it was received. The return address will be sent to you via email.

(5) You MUST PROVIDE us with the tracking number of the package, and the specific reason for the return when you return the package back.

(6) We will refund THE AMOUNT PAID IN YOUR ORDER, upon receiving the returned package, you will received the refund fee in 1-3 days.

Note: We won't reimburse your income losses that is beyond the order value due to to the order issue. And we are not responsible for the address issue if you provide a wrong address. “Buyer Protection Money Back Guarantee” or “Basic Buyer Protection” Rules, Terms & Conditions (the “Official Rules”) These Terms & Conditions apply to the “Buyer Protection Money Back Guarantee” or “Basic Buyer Protection” in FXT WORKS (the “Buyer Protection”).

Seller: Seller offers the services or/and products, Sellers could be a Manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and/or Seller party who give the access to the portal importing their services/products to fxtworks.com.

Buyer: You must be FXT WORKS’s customer/client with a valid email address, phone number, and full address, and have successfully made and completed a purchase of goods and/or services on fxtworks.com.

Rules:

  1. If the Buyer does not receive the goods and/or services within Buyer Protection Period or receives goods and/or services that are sub-standard in it’s view, the Buyer may initiate the dispute procedures as stipulated in FXT WORKS under “Disputes and Reports”to report this incident (“Dispute Procedures”) to FXT WORKS.
  2. During the Dispute Procedures, fxtworks will investigate this incident considering (but not limited to) the following factors:
  • Whether goods and/or services received by the Buyer are damaged, defective, or are substantially different from what has been presented or described on the product listing page;
  • Whether the non-arrival of goods and/or services to the Buyer is due to factors beyond its control;
  • Whether the non-arrival of goods and/or services to the Buyer is due to error or miscommunication on the part of the Buyer(eg. providing incorrect shipping address etc);
  • Whether the goods and/or services are returned to the seller due to such goods and/or services not being able to clear customs;
  • FXT WORKS may ask the Buyer for relevant information, documentation, records and/or other evidence to supportBuyer’s claim;
  • After the Dispute Procedures, fxtworks will make a determination (which is final and not subject to appeal). If the determination is in favor of the Buyer, subject to the terms of the Official Rules (including but not limited to the force majeure clause below), the Buyer will be eligible for a refund within 15 days after the completion of the Dispute Procedures. Such refund will be generally credited to the same means of payment used by the Buyer when placing the affected order on fxtworks, unless the parties have agreed on some other means and are subject to the relevant technical constraints.
General Rules:
    1. By participating in this Buyer Protection, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
    2. Any fraud and/or abuse by you (as determined by the Seller at it’s sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of your eligibility to this Buyer Protection and/or rights under these Official Rules.
    3. FXT WORKS is not responsible for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or undeliverable entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by e-mail or otherwise.
    4. The eligibility to this Buyer Protection shall be determined by fxtworks at their sole discretion based on the Seller’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record of the transaction held by you and that held by the Seller, the Seller’s record shall be conclusive and binding on you.
    5. FXT WORKS reserves the right to amend these Official Rules without prior notice. In the event of disputes, the decision of the Seller shall be final and binding.
    6. FXT WORKS reserves the right and absolute discretion to cancel or revoke anyone’s right to participate in this Buyer Protection.
    7. Force Majeure: Under no circumstances shall FXT WORKS be held liable to the Buyer for this Buyer Protection or any rights under these Official Rules due to or resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond the reasonable control of fxtworks or the relevant seller, including without limitation, Internet failures, computer, telecommunications or any other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, flood, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, or non-performance of third parties or any suspension or disruption of transportation or business operation (including but not limited to delays or disruption of the resumption of work or operation ordered by any government agency) in the event of a national or regional spread of epidemic or pandemic.
